Not sure if last December counts as "recently." Resort was nicely put together, few problems -- minor -- with stuff in the room. However, misc other problems cast a bad pall on the trip, and I won't return.
In a nutshell, bad customer service, especially in the restaurant. This was compounded by bad attitude on the part of restaurant and resort staff when I tried to have problems resolved. Other problems resulted in significant overcharges (over $500) to me. Obviously, most guests don't have that kind of experience, or the resort would be out of business. Nonetheless, they won't get any more business from me.
After dozens of dive trips, Habitat Curacao is the only place I would definitely not return to.
Diving was fine, though, and the house reef is a great dive day or night. But not so good that I'll go back.
