GUE Cave 1 report, High Springs, Florida

Today we went back to Peacock, Peanut Tunnel just to get a little more comfortable with cave diving. We are allowed to use one third of 2 thirds of gas for penetration at Cave 1 level and main line only. We made it to 1600ft penetration and a 95 minute dive. Here are some photos from today....

Today we dove Ginnie Springs with Claudia Milz, we suckered her into running the reel in for us....

Dove little river today, Kelly wanted the day off so I dove with Claudia Milz

I really enjoyed this cave....

Dove Telford Cave today, it requires a swim up river to get to the entrance to the cave. I don't think this cave is dove as much, darker and much more silt.
We were just about to drift back down the river after the dive when someone pointed out a GATOR in the river. You've never seen 3 people in 130's get out of the water faster....
