Helitrox Diver is not an add-on but an entirely different class for which Deco Procedures is a pre-requisite (whether taken before or in parallel/concurrently). AN/DP is a deep air course; deep air is outright stupid.
This is not correct at all. An instructor can choose to teach Advanced Nitrox & Helitrox. At the end of the course the only two cards the student will receive are AN/Helitrox.

A diver can do:
AN/DP/Helitrox as 3 courses
AN/DP as 2 courses
AN/Helitrox as 2 courses
Deco Procedures is not a pre-requisite for Helitrox.
