Shellbird and KK Matt deserve most of the credit... it was their idea... I just made the phone calls :)

You did all the legwork... Thanks again

Where the hell was that taken

North Carolina. There were a bunch of Sand Tigers, and they didn't even phase me.. until I saw where they landed in the '10 most dangerous sharks' on shark week a few weeks ago!

The record mako caught off Massachusetts was over 1300 lbs. That doesn't make them common. Back in the 1950s, my great uncle Harry caught a Great White a mile off Minot's Light (about 4 miles off Scituate, MA). Am I concerned I might see one? No.

In fact, last summer, I was surfing (badly) off Wellfleet, and a fishing boat reported that a 12 foot great white stole their catch and "attacked the boat" in Chatham. Still doesn't make an encounter likely... I'm about as worried about being attacked by a man eating shark as I am about how I'll spend my winnings when I hit the big game jackpot.

Must I remind you of the 740 lb Maco just caught off the coast of Block Island...???... Yes - 740 LB....... :sharky:

I am so excited for Sunday I can hardly contain myself!!:boings:

I'm taking a date (a diver!) on an NEAQ Whale Watch on saturday, so I'll be good and hopped up on motion sickness meds all weekend.

I may even have the sausage for breakfast.

:puke:

I take it there was some extra chum in the water recently, that I am not the only one to spew...

that I am not the only one to spew...

No...you're not the only one...I've been known to honk once in a while...an occasional technicolor yawn or two...

Suffice it so say, I always have breathmints on a boat...
