Hello everyone.....well im new to diving and was looking into feed back about my first regulator purchase......money is not an issue....its more about time to dive.....ill be diving mostly tropical weather...water temp 70-80 degrees.....made some day cold water......also looking into becoming a recovery diver.

These are good:

Dive Rite XT

HOG environmentally sealed D1

Apeks xtx40

+ many others

I could literally go on and on and on about regulators that would fit your needs. The best thing to do is try a bunch out that meet your needs. You will want an environmentally sealed 1st stage if you intend to do cold water dives.

Generally speaking regulators are quality items regardless of who makes them because the company does not want to be help responsible for your death.
