Just wanted to say a quick hello and introduce myself. I'm recently returning back to this sport which I left for a while while I was in college. I love it now more than ever. Just finished my Advanced Cert, am in the middle of my Nitrox cert., and am registered for rescue diver training in a few months. I live in north florida, and when i'm not diving or working...(i wish in that order)...you'll probably find me on the golf course or on the bike trails. We call the mountain bike trails, but in North Florida, who are we kidding.
I'm very interested in pursuing a cavern and cave diving specialty...although, growing up in South Florida, reef diving is still #1 for me.
I look forward to learning tons from you all and hopefully I'll be able to share my 2 cents worth every now and then too.

Welcome to the board! We've got lots of members up your way, so be sure to drop by the Florida Conch Divers forum.

RE: Cavern/cave certs, I spoke with one of our members, GDI, a few months ago about the same thing, and was impressed with his comments. I've been thinking of taking a cavern class through his group. You may want to PM him and let him give you a call. It was most informative.

Welcome to the board,
Grier
