Greetings from Paris, Texas! My wife Laura and I are new to Scuba and Scuba Board. We enjoy the sport and the posts here and look forward to a future of good visibility with you folks. We plan to do most of our diving in N.Texas~ SE Oklahoma ~ Arkansas and probably throw in a trip or two to the Gulf once in awhile too. We hunt for Dinosaur bones and fossils and intend to take that hobby underwater now.

Welcome to the ScubaBoard !

Welcome to ScubaBoard!

Sounds like your in the right place. I've never been hunting for fossils underwater, but I'm sure you'll find some people around here that do. They may have some great advice too. I look forward to reading more about it from you and others that may be doing the same thing. That's one of the great things about ScubaBoard!

Dive safe!

Be sure to check out Venice, FL (A little north of Ft. Myers) for Megalodon teeth. Get a few dives under your belt first, though. Safety is the most important thing underwater.

Welcome to the board and the sport,
Grier

Welcome to the board.

Hey, I once saw a movie called Paris Texas, It had the coolest soundtrack with slide guitar from cat stevens. I loved that movie.

Hi there Timeliner... Welcome to the board... great chats... great info... great people.... Have fun and enjoy ...

Ahhhh Paris... the city of lights, the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de triumph, a romantic sidewalk bristro for a glass of red wine and french loaf of bread .... ooo la la .

Oooops ... wrong PARIS,,,, Texas I see... Pls ignore above paragraph (so embarressed now)

Enjoy the board and we're glad you found us ;-)

Welcome to the board. What has been the best fossil you have found so far? The only fossils I have found underwater have been man made ;)

Howdy Tex!

Welcome to SB!!
:happywave Put us in your computer's favorites and check in often. This is a great place to learn, compare, argue :argue: Look around our various forums - everything from New-To-Scuba to Instructors-Only to Dive Medicine.

Search for bones while diving, don't forget to watch your SPG and each other. Drag a dive flag float bigger the better.

Hey fellow Texans, I have relatives in Paris by the name of Quarles. We do most of our diving in the Caribbean
