I have lurked on this board from time to time over the past 18 months--great info. I registered today to report the barracuda attack lat Thursday in Cozumel in which my good friend and business partner, the coral scientist Tom Goreau, lost a finger and one third of his left palm. See Cozumel thread for details. Global Coral Reef Alliance website has contact info for get well cards.

Welcome to the board. I'm sorry to hear about the circumstances that prompted your post, though. Please pass on my good wishes and prayers for a speedy recovery.
