Lately, I've been wondering if my fear is shared with others. I'm sure it is, but just how much. Of all the dangers in diving, I fear getting to the surface, and not seeing anything. Maybe the charter left me, maybe I drifted away from where I was supposed to be. I carry a plethera of gadgets to help me with this situation, mirror, whistle, blah, blah, blah. It's certainly not a fear keeping me diving, but it is on my mind, and I try to take every precaution I can to prevent it.

What is your greatest fear, or do you share mine? Maybe it's sharks, DCS, getting trapped, whatever? How can you, or do you cope with it?

Thanks!
