Let me offer some unsolicited advice. Divorce is awful no matter what. my ex and I had one of the "nicest" divorces a couple can possibly have IMO. We remain friends to this day. We respected one another as we would anyone else. If you continue to play games with your respective soon to be ex's it will only get worse and cause undo pain for all involved. Divorce is making the decision not to be involved in one anothers lives on an intimate level. So worrying what the other is doing or NOT doing should not be part of the equation. Self discipline/preservation is vital for both parties.
