Well, I guess when you don't live in SF it seems closer. Especially when you live in the wide open spaces of AZ. Our local dive spots are SD and Catalina. I live in Mesa.

Will never forget the first time I visited Guadalupe on a fishing trip, saw whitey just sitting there 15 feet from the port side of the boat just below the surface..
Thing was the size of a F-150... Will never forget!
Needless to say ive hooked over 5 #100 lb class Yellowfin Tuna @ Lupe & have yet to boat one...
Lots of GWS's at Lupe & they have adapted, the sportboat engines are the dinner bell!
