Great suit, but what is happening to customer service?

So I ordered a DEMA special fusion bullet package for delivery first week of February, here we are going into the second week of April and still no suit. I've been at the LDS when he has called whites and listened in on the phone call, and each time they have either said the suit has shipped, or it is shipping that week. Here we are 2 months later and still no suit. Called again yesterday and 45 mins of talking later and going through all the order the whites shipping rep still has no idea whats going on. What IS going on? I still want my suit, but this customer experience is terrible.
