Great non-reality Documentaries?

Hey all! I just subscribed to Hulu Live after not having cable for 10 years. I was hoping to find some good diving docs on Animal Planet or Discovery but they all seem to be reality shows or dramas. Does anyone have some really good documentaries I can check out?

Nova has done a bunch of documentaries involving cave diving, ancient wrecks, u-boats and one about a lost German super plane. The documentary that goes with shadow divers is a Nova episode. You can actually find a lot of them on either PBS.org or YouTube.
