Well after 3 weeks, several storms and bad conditions, we had a great dive at Deer Creek this morning. Surf was 2ft, tide was going out, Viz was 10-15, some surge, max depth 24ft and the bottom temp was a balmy 54 degrees. Today we explored further west of the stairs and saw much larger reef structure than we have seen here before. Man I miss my camera! (I lost it here Feb 18th) I have logged 51 dives to date, of which 20 have been in the last 8 months. Of those, 14 have been beach dives made in the last 6 months. Shore diving has been a great way to get more diving in without spending a fortune.
