The Northern pac was on the docket but given the latest batch of bumpy weather the vis was anticipated to be 6" if we were lucky. We did a change of venue to the Queen reef site in 70fsw for a good long soak. We were treated to 15 foot vis and every one did over an hour on the botom. The queen reef site is one of the sites where the o.c. reef foundation has been busily building section 8 housing for marine critters. The reef was teeming with baitfish of all descritions and a school of black drum.

On the reef there is a danforth anchor that would hold a 40' boat very nicely. Looks like it has only been down for a year. If you need one shoot me a pm and we can make arangements for you to buy me some beer, and I will tell you where I left it.

All in all a great day underwater and back on the dock by 3pm.
Eric
