I have two Atomic T2 regulators with four T2 second stages for quite a while. Over the years two front covers and three strain relief sleeves of the second stage cracked and became brittle.

Called Atomic Aquatics at 1-888-270-8595 one day while Ryan Kenney answered my phone. Explained to him my situation and he just consulted with his manager and asked me to take photos of the defective parts and email to him.

A few days later I received by mail the replacement parts free of charge.:blinking: This is a great customer service from Atomic Aquatics! I guess quite a few Atomic regulator users on this forum have already known their excellent customer services, but I just want to provide a recognition of excellence of their customer service here once more again.
