Can anyone suggest a good dive operator in Grand Cayman. Last time there we were on the Aggressor. Is there any advantage of hotels. We are probably staying at the Westin. I hear Red Sail operates from there. We have a teenager who likes to party and the beach so we look to compromise diving vs beach. I would appreciate any info. Thanks
We just came back from diving 6 days with DiveTech. They run 2 boats with an excellent staff. I will definitely dive with them again sometime. They are able to serve all divers from Beginner to tech.

I love the Caymans
Try Bob sotos big boats great crews they dive west side and weather permiting south end made it to south wall three out of four times.
Have also dove with Fisheye great folks I trained a couple of their DM's small boats will work with you to get you on a site your comfortable with.

Dove GC in May. I HIGHLY recommend Don Fosters. Great crews, great boats and the best prices. Free pick up and drop off from your hotel daily! I have dove all over the world and these guys are top notch!

I was in GC at the beginning of the month. Have not gotten around to posting a trip report yet, but we dove with Ocean Frontiers and they were very accomodating. The first dive was guided, then the second (which was much shallower) was on your own. However, they would do it guided if you preferred. Their briefings were very detailed, and they took care of changing out your tanks. If you were diving with them on consecutive days, they would rinse and store your equipment for you. Nice feature!!
East end was great diving! I would like to dive elsewhere now just to compare, but I liked what we did!
Have fun!

As far as I'm concerned you can't beat the Cayman Diving Lodge.
If you want great diving, food and service CDL is the place. Price not shabby. It is on the east end (very private) but if you want some action a $4 bus trip gets you to town. Every aspect at CDL is taken personal by the staff.
