Well, I bit the bullet and got my U/W photo setup. I initially wanted to get the Olyplus C3040, but the only ones I could find in the right price range ($350-$400) where rebuilt, with little or no warranty. I looked for some new ones, but actually ended up finding new C4040's at Circuit City for a fair price. So I got one of those, and also picked up the PT-010 housing from underwaterdigital.net (BTW - Thanks for the prompt shipping Alan, I enjoyed doing business with you.)
I had hoped to use it diving this past weekend, but the viz was near zero, so we decided not to go. I have fidgeted around with the camera in the dry a little, but cant wait to get this rig underwater to do some shooting!
