last saturady dec 27 /03 finnaly got on boat ,very first time on boat
seas 1-2 feet boat was like roller coaster ,but did not get sea sick
must be lucky , dive at delray ledge 3/4 mile of the eastern coast of florida just 45 mins boat ride south of lantana fla
depth was 62 feet first dive , in log mode my comp said 67 feet max depth had a blast saw some fish
2 dive was a little south of there on another reef

the water was realy clear vis 50-70 feet first dive ,2 dive 20-30- feet
if any one needs a good dive shop that has a padi teacher
I recomend "north west divers " in orlando

Well done on your cert, we have a blast when we dive with NW Divers, contemplating getting further certs with them - didnt do OW with them, were waiting for some kind of recommendation about them too.

Did you really need a 7mm @72F?? We were diving at Jupiter, nearby with them a few weeks ago and it was about 75F (others said it was less), we were in 3mm, others were in 5, which was really overkill! Did you get to the xmas party they had on 12/19, might have seen you there? We are planning on their next jupiter dive and probably the camping trip to Ginnie.

Have fun with your new cert and just keep on that learning track!

Simon

Forgot to ask, did you have Larry or Leslie? I have spoken face to face with Larry and on email with Leslie regarding their courses. I am sure that doesnt mean that they only do OW or cover one course after that or not, just like to know who you had a good time learning from.

Congrats,
Sounds like you had some great dives for your OW Cert. Now just keep in touch with all your dive buddies or pick up a few dozen more here and keep on diving.

As you're already aware, there's nothing quite like your first "Blue Water" dive. I expect you're remember it for the rest of your life. Welcome to the club!

Now.......Keep on diving!
