Why did you not get the integrated stock exchange - I think that is one of the coolest features - still waiting for the UW mobile phone though...

But seriously...what do you all think of my choices....with no experience, I basically purchased whatever the salesman wanted me to.....and Jon, I cannot imagine it being more expensive anywhere else. I could have saved around 10% had I purchased in Germany, but I wanted a shop reasonably close by so that I can complain if something goes wrong. They will take back and exchange anything I don't like for any reason, if it doesn't have more than, say, 5 dives on it.

I will give a report as soon as I test it all out.

OK.... 19th July in the UK for meeting. will probably spend most of that week, and the following w/end in the UK.

Now, to go diving in switzerland I need to borrow a tank (don't think that I can get either a UK spec tank or a french one filled in switzerland) - can you look into that for me gozu?

And I ought to buy a new 3mm or 5mm suit depending on water temp in constance. (There in NO way that I will exist on the surface for more than 30 seconds wearing my 6mm neoprene drysuit! I'll melt like an icecube in an oven!

So, depending an all things, how about some time round the 28th/29th July?

I should have collected my other car from the UK by then as well...... (which is a lot more likely to make it to switzerland.....)

any other ideas?????

No probs ) Check if your French tank is DIN....if it is, you can get it filled here. Otherwise getting you a tank is not a problem. Actually, you might as well just let me take care of that instead of dragging one all over Europe. I plan on picking up a 12L tank anyway...

BRING YOUR DRYSUIT...below 15m Lake Constance is around 7C...below say, 25m, it can drop to 4C so take two regulators with you. I freeze half to death im my 7mm semidry.....

That has given me the purfect excuse to go and buy a french spec tank!

When I go to the UK I will collect (minimum) my 300Bar 12L as I love that tank and my pony (as I can fill them from the local dive club that don't give a damn about specs!) If my twinset hasn't been sold off / 'permanently borrowed' then I might bring that across as well.

In many ways I am resigned to buying a new EN spec twinset as mine is quite old.
