GoPro? Help needed.

Looking at buying GoPro. Unsure on which model looking for quality video for skiing as well as scuba and freediving. Budget is best below £300 but would happily spend more if I found something outstanding!
Any suggestions greatfully received.

I have a gopro hero3+ black edition that I am selling. new they are $400 plus tax and I am willing to sell it for under that. It still has the plastic on it.
