Assuming it runs and pumps air at proper pressure:

$44 ea for a triplex P0/P21 filter (I'd buy at least 2, up to 6)
does it have a fill adapter for scuba? (budget $75)
maybe a new HP fill hose (budget $60)

That thing looks pristine..... It is modern, and parts are available. It is like $5 (junior2) -$7K (Oceanus) new...
 
here is the 2022 [MSRP?] price list from Bauer (can be had for 10-15% under this, or maybe more)....

I guess you just don't have enough compressors and boosters yet. :-D
 
I just purchased an E1 version of the Oceanus, also originally a paintball compressor and my plan is to replace the P0 filter and add an additional filter in line. Once I have it up and running, I will get the air tested which I highly recommend you do as well.

From what I understand after calling Bauer, there is no functional difference in the paintball machines and their recommendation was to simply use the correct breathing gas filter.
