Check out Nice Diving. They are at the port at 14 Quai des Docks. The website is Nice Diving Scuba Dive Center of Nice and the email is nice_diving@yahoo.fr Stephane runs the place and he will sort you out.
I dove with them two years in a row while on holiday. I was there last week. Stephane will make sure you have challenging dives for your experience level. He and his instructors also offer you tips to improve your diving skills when you surface free of charge. I recommend them. Also, they speak English if you do not speak French. Have fun in the South of France.
