Going to Cozumel in October to get certified with Blue Angel

Quick question. I am going to Cozumel at the end of October and am staying with Blue Angel. Neither of us are certified yet and we will be taking the course with Blue Angel. Just wanted to make sure Cozumel is a good place to get certified for a new diver? Taking the entire class in Cozumel because we are far too busy to do it at home.
