Hello I'm a photography noob but want to just take the best photos and videos possible for my memories and personal instagram. That said I just upgraded to gopro 13 and I'm thinking about buying a light tray.

Specifically I wanted to buy this to improve my videos for the hammerhead school migration in Yonaguni in Japan. Is it worth it? Like i know the sharks may be a little far so I was hoping it would help? Or is the light just gonna have no effect?

The one I was looking at is 10000 Lumen.
Underwater Tray with Video Light Supe PV52T Pack 10000 Lumen

Do you think this tray is worth it to improve my videos here and then in Malapascua for the threshers? and just like general videos of me scuba diving through caves and stuff haha.

Or is 5000 lumen sufficient?

Thank you !!
