Gloves - need a recommendation (medical issue)

How difficult are they to put on and take off? I find that is where I have the most difficultly with wet gloves.
The 3 mil is very easy, its relatively short and very manouverable. The 5 mil is a bit less, a buddy makes it much easier. Both are easier when dry a bit tougher when wet. In comparison to 7 mil gauntlet wet gloves.......worlds better.
 
I'd recommend a set of thee finger mitts. They don't have the best dexterity like grf88 said, but they are warm. I used a pair in New England for late fall dives (mid to late November) and they worked well.
