Well the form to let you dive below eight feet is the longer one! (I.e., the regular waiver.)

Actually, to get in the water at all you're required to have some sort of buoyancy device, but if you're snorkeling your wetsuit counts, I think. BTW, there was a free diver (or two?) at Gilboa doing penetration free-dives of the plane! It was odd to see him pop out the top with no scuba. (I only saw fins going in.)
