gift for divers going to utila

my instructor & his so are moving to utila this month. i'd like to get him something, since i was gonna pay for my aow with a nice dinner & drinks but he's moving sooner than he thought and i won't have a chance. i thought of a walmart or whatever card here so they could get what they needed before they left, but then they'd just have to pack it. what gift certificates, if any, would be redeemable? would a phone card be a good idea? what else can y'all who live there come up with?

There are no gift cards redeemable in the Bay Islands. Cash is good!

Well, you must know the old saying how to get a million $'s in the dive business, Start with 2 million, well we have decided to start a new approach get dive instructors from all over the world to come to our small island and pay us a fortune to work for us LOL

Seriously, the couple that are coming to work for us, sound fantastic and very enthusiastic and we are really looking forward to having them on our team.
