Just a question. Once she puts the seal over the container such as a scuba tank or a large coffee can etc, could one the wrap a hard plastic belt or some sort of band around it also as a cutting guide. I would suggest using chalk or something to either make an accurate mark or mabye use a cutting guide. Just my thoughts.

I remember one of my dives were I forgot to pull the neck seal down and what happened is the neck seal burped under water causing water to get in, being overweighted and feet down magnified the problem since I needed excess air in the suit.

It keeps it out of harms way, and, it will let you swallow without causing unconscienceness, and....its what the makers say to do. not TOO low, just below the adamsapple is good.

OK. I think we're in the same ballpark here. I imagined that yours was cut towards your collarbone! Mine is actually high enough that I can put my hood skirt over the neck seal. I also have a Diving Concepts suit with the warm neck collar that can cause unconsciousness at the surface but somehow manages to disappear underwater.

hey thats the same AV ive been using sence post 1 (the taz one)
i think i deserve a new one)

dbg40 still dont know about the poling
i want to but i wont know till later in the week, and if i had to guess id say probally not
