This thread might be a little old by here's my setup is a GoPro 9 with housing, Kraken Hydra 3500S and a Shoot tray/handles with Ram Mount arms.
I picked up the lights and tray from this guy: https://www.youtube.com/user/eddyscuba a few weeks back so I haven't put them to use underwater yet. He also used a GoPro 9 so you can see what the lights look like in use. He told me that he never had them on their brightest setting in any of the videos.
