I didn't see any packages there for 125.

There are packages out there that can save you money and give you reasonable equipment until you either decide it is not for you, or you decide you are all in and want to upgrade.

a brand that I've never heard of and haven't been able to find their company online.

SCUBAPRO - Home - There you go, quick google search brought that up. If you want to take a look at the specs on the packaged gear. It doesn't have prices listed though, as they don't sell directly through their site. I'm pretty new to scuba, but I've seen this brand around a bit and from what I've heard, it's not a bad one.
