Just purchased a Genesis GS2000 and was wondering if a US Divers Conshelf SE2 would be compatible with the Genesis first stage.

It will be as both Genesis and USD first stages operate in the same general IP range (most normal downstream regs operate with an intermediate pressure between 120 and 145 psi.)
But you really should get it tuned to the specific first stage to ensure the lever and orifice are properly adjusted.
