Anyone have some pics of some of the gear racks at the quarries.

Nice ones at Blue Springs and Haigh come to mind.

If not, if anyone is going to be at one of these quarries and could fire off a couple of pics it would be appreciated.

I happen to know someone who has a great rack. I may even be able to take some pictures of it. It will even break down to fit in an enclosed trailer.

Ya mean like this one at Joe's Quarry?

I think you promised me pictures of that rack about 3 years ago... I'll hold my breath until I get those pics :D

Bob- I'll have to look at those pics when I get home tonight, you must be posting them via some porno web site that my school has blocked.

I've never heard of Photobucket being referred to as a porno site... but... uh... okay... :)

A few more pics for your review. I will pull it out tomorrow and get a picture of it all set-up. The four legs are mounted on the wall and the top is closer to the ceiling. I used 1 1/4" for the legs, Another size plastic inside that and then a wooden dowel to re-enforce the legs. The top is made up of more pieces then I would like due to a lack of a true 45* angle. Legs are about 7' long and makes a nice height to fling a drysuit over.

The Joe's Quarry racks were what I immediately thought of, too. It's not all that apparent in WB's post but what's really nice about them is that they are specifically made for donning / doffing gear. They are at tank height when you are standing, have room for two sets of single gear on each side and have bungies to hold your gear upright.

me.
