That would make sense. I don't have a beer fridge, but I do have a half height freezer that I use to store my catches long term. Its old as hell too (at least 30 years) so it likely does put off some good greenhouse gases.


We are in negotiations for a new house, and actually this topic (storage of my dive gear, fishing gear, hunting gear etc) has come up. My wife wants it in a shed out back and I said no, but that we can find a place closet or place in the game/movie room to store it, and put it in plastic bins and dry cleaning plastic for th hanging items to dampen the smell (pregnant wife is very sensitive to the smell of neoprene these days it seems.
