You must keep us informed on the reef. I find it quite entertaining. have you been back? I am curious to know how long it will take for stuff to start growing.

Who would you recomend we notify if we see somebody illegally gaining access to the beach area?

After I laid the line to the platform the algae began growing on the line near shore within a week. The statue is about 100 yards offshore in over 50 feet of water. It's been down for five days. As soon as the ocean will allow it, I'll check on the Lady.
I'm not sure what we could do, legally, to anyone who feels they can trespass. Maybe find their key, drive the vehicle to the Pt. Vicente fishing access and leave a Free Car sign on it.

How in the world did you transport the statue that far? Lift bags?

Yep. The problem was the wind made the liftbag act as a sail. It took me forever to get there.
