you will see two icons; the first indicates the on-line/off-line status of the person.
the second is "Report Bad Posts" which then opens up a a window where you may direct your report. it has a guideline as stated :

if you may request that posts be removed, state the reason for the request.
Perhaps in the case of freeing up clutters or off-post messages so that the post in that topic only refers to the Topic heading thereby clearing up clutter posts.
You may create a new thread where you would like move said threads. The requests is more likely to be made by the thread starter/initiator.
