I use a set of the cressi fins mentioned above; fin great in them. when doing kick-count against a guy with high end split fins, I was able to keep up easily (no idea if our kick counts compared) and my SAC rate was still great. Guy even commented at the end that we seemed to be finning at about the same pace. I think he was suprised.
