The Pelican case has normal scratches from being carried to dive sites, but everything inside looks new.
The hydro on the cylinder is 2002.The cylinder needs hydro but my local hydro shop is 1 ½ hours away. I don't have any other tanks that need hydro so it's not worth the trip for me. I will guarantee that the cylinder will pass hydro or I will replace it with a brand new one.
