Yep....the wide angle give you more coverage. You can get great shots without a strobe because of the size of the wrecks, you're too far away for a strobe to do any good.

We ain't got no good wrecks on Maui :(
This is an old fishing boat sunk by the State as an artificial reef. It usually has turtles on and in it.
Definetley a "puny" wreck :rolleyes:
 
Gilligan...that's not a puny wreck! Most that I've been on have been artificially sunk and some 'wreck' consist of just a few old ribs in the sand.....sort of like the Benwood in the Keys. At least yours looks like a boat!!
