Paella!! -- OH MAN I have not had that in well over a Decade I love it.. love love love it. It cost mucho dinero to make it. I will go to resteraunts and get the "fruit of the sea" pasta but it is not nearly as good lacking the Latin spices...


Paella has as many recipes as Chilli in Texas. Especially since the word itself is the Pan it is made in and not the meal itself. I am soo looking forward to my vacation...
