Free Trip Where should I go???

hey everyone figured I would put this up for a vote. I won a free trip through a time share and I can go anywhere for 7 days. My friends and I have it narrowed down to the Bahamas because none of us have ever dove with a bunch of sharks like you can do there. Bonaire I am not really sure what the positives are about bonaire besides shore diving? Or Bermuda I guess its good fro wreck diving?? Which one would you guys choose or is there a destination we are forgetting about? We figured we should go somewhere that is usually exspensive because the room and board is all free. thanks for the help dive safe

Greetings Bflem55 your problem is a very nice one to have If you desire shark diving there are some very awesome shark dives with outfitters who that is their specialty. I get a news letter from one of these and it would be my choice for sharks. They rock and I will find their web site for you and PM it to you.
I have heard very good things about Bonaire and plan to go there with my wife for a photo workshop in the near future.
You may want to make sure of what free actually means and if your diving is included, probably not. If that is the case I would figure out how much diving $$$$ I had and pick as awesome location as I could afford and dive like there was no tomorrow! No joke I have decided the next family vacation will be diving and Mexico will fit the bill. Literally I can take my family of four for a week of diving that is cheaper than a Disney vacation. Plus the food is killer, grilled grouper is the best!
What ever you choose have a blast and let us know where you go and how it was.

are you sure anywhere means anywhere? If it's through a timeshare I would expect it to mean any timeshare in some network, or something like that.

By free trip anywhere - do you mean that you have free airfare, any hotel/meals, and diving? Or is it just airfare or just hotel/meals? I am unclear about what you got 'free' and whether you really mean 'anywhere'. If you really mean anywhere, price is irrelevant, go to Palau on a liveaboard, it is intense diving with walls and sharks and mantas and walls and sharks and wrecks and sharks.... (I have videos and photos on my website, see below my signature) Next choice would be Truk on a liveaboard (diving the WWII wrecks for a week). Both of those trips are expensive and worth it. Third choice would be Galapagos or Cocos, also on a liveaboard to dive with hammerheads, whale sharks and such.

Bahamas, Bermuda, Bonaire.... looks like your decision making never made it out of the B's. Of those choices, I would pick Bonaire. Stay in an oceanfront hotel and dive dive dive! The reefs and wrecks are great and easy to get to by shore or boat. It is a fun destination. Check out Buddy Dive Resort there. (I have videos on my website) If you want to stay in Caribbean area and land-based, check out CCV resort in Roatan.

Lets see....some of the dive locations noted above ae clearly the best places in the world. No question. But you issue is free housing thru the timeshare. Some other places to consider if in your network may be the Cayman Island (Cayman Brac is excellent with timeshares around) and St. Johns US Virgin Islands or The British Virgin Islands.

If you only have the 3 choices that you noted and sharks was on your must see list than, I would vote for Bonaire.
