Thanks for pointing this out, and to all responsible for its development. I can't wait to download both! (Good thing I got the high capacity iPhone).

Thanks drl, I have the 16 gig version and can run both the pacific and Caribbean, as most apps are not this big. However, all I have is a few games, a gas blending app and all the standard stuff (like bar code readers and weather).

Even the 8 gig version can run this, with about 20 or more additional app, as a standard app is typically under 50 meg, and still have a ton of room.

Hmm. I've downloaded the Eastern Pacific app, but I'm getting "No Results for "fishes: greater caribbean"

Fesheater, If you put "fishes:greater Caribbean", you will not get anything. If you put "fishes: greater Caribbean" you will. The space makes a huge difference.

I would suggest, though that just type "fishes:" and look at what you get (it is the third one).

With the space, without the space or just "fishes," it doesn't appear to matter. I still can't find it. (Either for iPad or iPhone.)

Looks like Greater Caribbean is offline at the moment. It shows as the third choice when typing fishes: but doesn't actually exist at least for now.

Did some testing and here is what I found:

1. Not sure about other services, but Verizon will not let you download this app, unless you are on WiFi...they have a max size limit of 50 meg, and this guy is 10 times that size. Given it's size, that sort of make sense.

2. If too many people are downloading it, you will get an error, seems there is a limit to the bandwidth for this app, but just try again in a few minutes (at least that worked for me).

As this app is 20 or 30 times larger than the average app, if you don't have a unlimited data plan, you don't want to be downloading it anyway.

So go get on a Wifi system and download.

I had the same issue with it not showing up. Worked around it by doing a Google search. The first link on search results, after "scholarly articles", is the iTunes link for the app. I can only assume that there is some glitch in how the search tags are linked from within the App Store.

It appeared for me a minute ago. Great apps!!!!
