I just don't log dives
I just finished my second free dive class in lovely Amed. As a scuba diver, I find free diving a wonderful complement to scuba and supports a new sort of underwater freedom. Depending on the conditions, I exclusively use my freedom fins with scuba. Since I mostly dive in Indonesia with strong currents and down currents, free dive fins provide way more power than traditional fins.

Although I can equalize with hands and without effort with scuba, I find that it is challenging to easily EQ below ~20-25m. With more experience and relaxation, I assume that I will be able to EQ much easier. I even tried dynamic and static apnea in the pool. Our last free dives on the liberty wreck was so much fun. It as really fun to explore the wreck with only fins, mask, and wetsuit/hoody top. Thanks to everyone in the Indonesian forum for providing suggests for accommodations.
