Dear all,
Francis Toribiong, the founder of Palauan diving and who was instrumental in establishing the sites and preservation of dive sites which many of us have enjoyed and treasured is struggling bravely with cancer. Unfortunately, the tragedy is compounded by sky rocketing medical fees which he and his family cannot deal with. His friends and colleagues have established a web site where any assistance, verbal, financial etc would be greatly appreciated and welcomed.
