The founder of Palauan diving and the original conservationist of the dive sites we have all come to treasure, Francis Torigiong, has been struck down by cancer. Never one to seek assistance himself, Francis' colleagues and friends are seeking the help of his diving family in helping him deal with sky rocketing medical bills which have additionally overwhelmed this respected man of the sea. A website has been created and any form of assistance from encouragement to financial is gladly welcomed.
