Found two weight pockets and a compass at Pt. Lobos

I found two weight pockets with weight pouches that were not marked, but the weights themselves were marked "AR" and "BB". Contact me if someone knows who they belong too. Weird thing is they were found together on Middle Reef literally touching. Oh they were not down long at all.

Also found a compass at the boat ramp. Describe it and I will get it back to you.
