While diving the Great Pinnacle in Bluefish Cove at Pt. Lobos
yesterday (Labor Day), I found a regulator second stage. I'm
guessing it came off some techie's stage bottle.

Some techies attach their second stages only finger tight so they
can swap them between stage bottles if there's a problem with one.
Maybe finger tight isn't such a good idea????
