I did Ft. Ross yesterday and man was it fun. The visibility was 8-10 feet at 30 feet deep and about 3 feet at 50. water was about 48* but boy was it a good time. I got to use a spear gun for the first time and I got a rock cod on the first shot. Overall great dive and I cant wait to go back.

One of these days, I will get down and dive there. I grew up on that coast, and had no idea anyone did scuba diving. It would be like visiting home and seeing it a whole new way.

I think the north coast rocks over Monterrey on a good day some of the east bay clubs have fish and ab dives up there Its fun with other divers camping cooking and zaround the campfire check out some club weekends at alacosta.org or aquatutus.com also check the club list in california diving news
