kayla, I am okay. I just feel so bad for JB. He just got the news and he is taking it pretty hard. I am going to try and book the flights, hotel, etc, just take care of stuff. I ordered some pictures for his mother. Sorry to put this on everybody , I just want people to know his face. Seeing the faces on the news can make me cry...so I understand, Kayla.

Your going to be a blessing to him in the coming days. I been thru the drill... ((hugs)). Never been to Arlington myself, but I know some people that have. Let me ask around, and I'll get back to you.

Give JB some extra big hugs from me ok???

Catherine, I'm so very sorry for your and Jim's loss. It makes me very sad to hear of the loss of our soldiers, but know that his sacrifice, IMO, was to further the cause which he must have believed in. Hugs to you both.

he would say , MARINE...but I will let it slide Chantal. You are the best.

far as I can tell, they seem to fight and die for each other. Maybe I should not have said that.

Wish I had sent more packages.

My heart is heavy for you & JB.

It was a nice thing you did, putting his face out there so we can see the personal side of this.

The Marines are truly a special breed. I meant no disrespect by saying "soldier", was just including all our fighting brothers and sisters in my statement.

Don't be hard on yourself...more packages wouldn't have changed the out come

I'm sure he appreciated everything you sent, no matter how much

Chantal, just kidding. Nurses are never appropriate, you know. It is like when you say "X-Marine"...they always correct you with "former Marine".
