I have had issues with foot cramps recently. After beeing out of diving a while i got back in the water and have tried 3 fins, and 3 booties. I cant seem to resolve this. Im going fill-up on bananas, and water and so up some swimming this weekend. Really wana get fixed cause its keeping me from diving it hurts so bad.

I had problems with cramping in my legs... I am going to look for split fins (Apollo bio) - hopefully it will solve the problem.

To prevent the problem:

1. Stay well hydrated
2. Move your legs correctly and straight

If that is what you have done above, then you should consider about split fins.

Hope this helps!

When you take the class, they show you how to relieve the cramps. I don't know why they have appeared, but it is easy to resolve, by yourself or with your buddy. Just grab the tip of your fin, extend your leg straight, and pull back to fin. Simple stuff, yet effective.
